Return Policy

Right of Return

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

This policy applies worldwide. However, if the consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide additional rights or longer return periods, those rights will take precedence over this policy.

Return Conditions

  • Be unused and in perfect condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless stated otherwise below.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exception

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer direct exchanges.
